Users must not make any illegal material/information
available for download from any of our servers. We
shall terminate the privileges of any user that
commit repeated violations of copyright laws. |

speech or material, or using our network to
transmit, or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or
threatening language is strictly prohibited

Users must not attempt to access illegally or
without authorization, computers, accounts, or
networks belonging to another party, or attempting
to penetrate security measures of another
individual's system (hacking). |

Clients are expressly prohibited from sending bulk
mail messages ("junk mail" or "spam"). This
includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailings of
commercial advertising, informational announcements,
and political tracts. |

Users must not attempt to interfere with service to
any user, host, or network ("denial of service
attacks"). This includes, but is not limited to,
"flooding" of networks, deliberate attempts to
overload a service, and attempts to "crash" a host.
Clients must safeguard their account passwords to
prevent unauthorized access to their account. If any
information is lost due to a client not protecting
their passwords Mystic-Plus Solutions will not be
held responsible. |

Hosting Customers must not upload any pornographic
or obscene material on our servers and if a user is
caught doing so than his account will be terminated
immediately and further legal action may also be
taken against him. |

Users must not engage in any activities that are
determined to be illegal, including advertising,
transmitting, or otherwise making available pyramid
schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and
pirating software. |

Studio, Mailing Lists and other services offered are

Copyrighted material must not be placed on
Customers' accounts without the permission of the
copyright owners or people that are specifically
authorized by the copyright owners. Only copyright
owners or people specifically authorized by them may
upload copyrighted material to the account |

Upon
our receipt of a notice of a claimed copyright
infringement containing the above information, after
confirmation we will promptly remove the allegedly
infringing material from the Services and carry out
further procedures if necessary. We will assume no
liability to any Customer of the Services for the
removal of any such material. |

Updates for website maintenance are usually done
within 2 to 24 hours (except holidays and weekends). |
|
|
Although we make every effort to make
accurate changes, it is the client's
responsibility to review updates and notify
us of any necessary changes that need to be
made. We do not charge for changes that are
our fault. However, if a change needs to be
made due to client error, the regular hourly
update fees will be charged. |

New design work is charged as per our design
rate.

We
reserve the right to distinguish between "updates"
and "new design". |

We cannot guarantee the amount of data that can
be recovered. Some database structure and/or record
information may not be recoverable. |

As each database repair is different, we cannot
guarantee the amount of time spent on the repair. |
|
|
Most Standard Repairs are completed within 7 to
10 business days. Most Priority Repairs are
completed within 1 to 3 business days. |

|
If a
hosting user is found breaking any of the above
rules of the company then his account will be
immediately terminated and no money will be refunded
in that case and if our company suffers any loss due
to any such activity of the hosting client than he
will be liable to compensate the company for the
same. |
